Welcome to BelX International. By using our website and freight forwarding services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Shipping Services

BelX International provides freight forwarding and air freight shipping services from the United States to Belize. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to weather conditions, customs processing, airline delays, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including names, addresses, email addresses, and contact numbers. Customers are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Package Acceptance

Customers may ship only legal and permitted items in compliance with U.S. and Belizean laws and regulations. BelX International reserves the right to refuse, hold, or reject prohibited, restricted, hazardous, or improperly declared items.

Shipment Processing

Packages received at our U.S. receiving facility before the weekly Tuesday 5:00 PM CST cutoff is typically included in the current week’s shipment. Packages received after the cutoff will be processed in the following week’s shipment.

Payments

All shipment payments must be completed online before packages are shipped from the United States to Belize. Packages with unpaid balances will not be released for shipment.

Tracking & Notifications

Customers will receive shipment notifications and updates by email and through their online customer account. While we strive to provide accurate tracking information, updates may occasionally be delayed due to carrier or system issues.

Delivery & Pickup

Shipments arriving in Belize may be made available for local pick up via our local agent, Millers Depot in Roaring Creek Village, or can be sent C.O.D. via BPMS or Inter District shipping. Customers are responsible for collecting shipments promptly and providing accurate delivery information.

Limitation of Liability

BelX International is not responsible for delays, damages, losses, or additional expenses caused by customs inspections, airline delays, natural disasters, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond our control. Liability for lost or damaged shipments may be limited in accordance with applicable shipping policies and carrier regulations.

Website & Service Changes

BelX International reserves the right to modify, suspend, or update services, pricing, policies, and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, shipping packages, or using our website and services, customers acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
